Competent service Brought my 2015 Honda pilot in for an oil change, tire rotation and general inspection. Was greeted by service attendant promptly with a friendly attitude. He took the necessary paper info, explained what the serviceman would do and how long I would have to wait. I waited in showroom, had a cup of coffee and talked to some employees about Honda products. It took about an hour to complete service. Service attendant explained what was done and completed bill paying process. The whole process was done very competently. I was pleased with the service and will return when service is needed. I also would recommend Honda of the Avenues for purchase or service of a vehicle. Thank you, Tony La Bello More
Excellent customer service I was in Jacksonville for my daughter's high school graduation this past week. I was able to stop by and get an oil change, new brake pads, and some fluids flushed. The car was ready as promised by the time we were headed back from a few hours at the beach. I purchased my 2007 Honda Civic in the Spring of 2007. It now has 198,000 miles. It is in great shape. All the service has been completed in your dealership with the exception of one oil change that was recently done in my new home in Alabama. 2005 Honda - Engine Light and running rough I brought my 2005 Honda Accord in for service because of an engine light and rough running engine. Service was busy so they offered me a rental car un I brought my 2005 Honda Accord in for service because of an engine light and rough running engine. Service was busy so they offered me a rental car until the could diagnose my cars problems. I had previously taken my car to a local mechanic shop (Goodwrench, Julington Creek) with the same issue several months back. After several days and hundreds of dollars they could not solve the problem. Honda diagnosed the problem within a few hours and fixed it the next day. Honda was more expensive but I wish I would have gone to them first because it would have saved me money, time and frustration in the long run. Thank you Honda of the Avenues. More

So convenient!! I thought when I showed up, I would be there all day..... But they had me in and out of there.
