Thorough and Ontime Scheduled my service online and when i arrived the day of my appt. Steven was ready to get me in the system and discuss my service needs. Was greeted by service attendant promptly with a friendly attitude. He took the necessary paper info, explained what the serviceman would do and how long I would have to wait. I waited in showroom, had a cup of coffee and talked to some employees about Honda products. It took about an hour to complete service. Service attendant explained what was done and completed bill paying process. The whole process was done very competently. I was pleased with the service and will return when service is needed.
