Just plain old good service. After returning from being out of town, my wife and I found her car with a dead battery. Even after the sale was completed, Mr. Bailey continued to assist -- far into the night -- by explaining several of the vehicle's must-know features before I could drive off. The only reason for not giving this overall experience five stars is the extraordinarily long wait to get the paperwork done. But on the plus side, when I finally got into the room, it went smoothly and quickly -- there was no pressure to do anything that would've increased the cost of the purchase. My options were clearly explained. I was told the benefits, urged to take advantage of them -- but I only had to say "no" once. Excellent. More
