It was time for my Honda Accord to get a synthetic oil change, they reminded by email and when I pulled up in the dealership service area, my name was already on the screen before I got out of the car! Wow! Josh let me know of a couple of concerns, so I got the transmission fluid changed for my Accord’s 2nd Birthday, at a very reasonable price. Everyone was very interested in working with him but no one could come close to what Honda of the Avenues could offer us with respect to our trade in and the price of the car. When we went there, we had barely stepped out of our car and were greeted and directed to the reception area. Our salesperson, Zach Rafidi was there waiting for us. Our experience continued to be so positive with Zach and the finance person Dimi. We would highly recommend this dealer. Furthermore, we are thrilled with our new 2018 Honda Accord.
