Great sales staff! I can't remember a time when I had a more pleasurable experience picking out and buying a car. Unlike the other dealerships we had visited the same weekend, we were not descended upon like an injured fish in a school of sharks. We were allowed to look around unmolested and get an idea of what we wanted. When we were ready to talk to a salesman, TC could not have been better. We told him our budget and never once attempted to push us past it. When I asked questions about certain models or features he gave honest feedback that mirrored a number reviews I had already read. Once we knew the model, TC was incredibly patient with us as we flipped back and forth through several trim levels. I would give him specs and he would respond back quite quickly with full pricing and availability on what I asked for. In the end we ended up wit the exact car, trim level, color and options we wanted at a great price. When it comes time for my next car purchase, my first and most likely last call will be to TC. More

While my interest was high, because this is my first vehicle in my name, the dealer made sure I was happy with my purchase. In September, i went in for my first service with this dealer, and was quoted about 200 dollars for the service. Josh was my advisor and I highly recommend him. He came back to me to let know that he was helping me out with a few specials that are going on, and that my air filter was squeaky clean so there was no need to replace it. Josh saved me about 100 dollars by just being honest. Coming from a previously owned Hyundai, this honesty was much appreciated since I was used to being lied to with my previous dealer with Hyundai. Josh and Honda of the Avenues are truly a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much! More
