Got intel on a service bulletin from Subaru and returned home with a feeling of safety and how to deal with Subaru in my home town. We have never had a problem with our cars, so there was no question on which make we would buy! Looking and looking through Certified Pre-Owned Hondas and Used Hondas, it was hard to find a newer model, with low miles, at a price I could afford. We then found Linda and the Costco Auto Program through my mom's Costco membership during the Spring Garage Sale Event!! We filled out a request for information on Thursday and Linda called that day with tons of helpful facts on leases, used, and new cars. We made an appointment for that Saturday morning and bought the car by the early afternoon. She was very honest, efficient, informative, and patient with all of our questions and test drive and we got an amazing deal! We had questions on tinting and accessories the next day/weeks and she, Buddy, and Aaron were just as helpful after we bought the car and returned to put on the new tag. More

He provided me with more than enough information, records, vehicle history, and patience to convince me to drive all the way down from North Carolina in one day to purchase this car! I also worked with Oscar, who gave me an in depth explanation of everything on the financial end, answering any and all questions I had, which were A LOT. He also took the necessary steps to ensure that my transition back to North Carolina would be as effortless and smooth for me as possible, which I sure appreciated. Everyone else I met was warm and very inviting. It felt more like a family environment than it did a car buying experience.
