We went in with a list of 3 CRV's we picked from the website. Luis evaluated our list and picked the model year, trim level, and mileage that he believed would give us the best value for our budget. We test drove the vehicle and were impressed with its features, handling, physical condition, and maintenance. Luis addressed all of our questions regarding mechanical and electronic functionality, as well as service maintenance that had occurred. Both he and John Peyser provided useful info. regarding service and warranty standards and options. When I walked in, Luis Velez greeted me and got down to business. I was surprised that he simply gave me the numbers that I had asked for and let me go home to talk to my husband about it. When we returned there was no back tracking or games and we decided to go forward with things. Of course, they have to try and sell you additional warranties and services, but that didn't take very long and they respected our choice and didn't apply any pressure. I was very happy with our old CR-V and I really like new one. Thus is the third car we bough from this dealership and recommend it highly. More

Recently we went to Westport Honda and initially received negative service from one salesperson. He made a mistake on a quote and couldn't honor it and was pretty flip about the whole thing. However, the manager Danny came through in the end. He reached out to follow up and we ended up with a great car and a great deal. Gary was also super nice and helpful. Everyone makes mistakes at some point. It's just how you deal with it. We are very happy with our purchase. More
