The back of the house went above and beyond with Excellent Customer Service, knowledge, prompt communication, kindness was a welcoming contrast from the extremely disappointing sales experience on Oct.17,2020 purchase of my New CRV with 5538k miles. From misinformed Sales information on genuine leather seats replaced, to interference with my car insurance transfer causing incorrect coverage documentation delivery to be redone, not having the car professionally detailed at purchase pick up that might have called attention to remembering the replaced floor mats and noticing the windshield issues. The most horrendous inexperienced Financed Rep. with initials “M.Q.” I have ever encountered in my 20 years buying Hondas. Numerous inaccuracies among the 10 page forms that needed to be signed had to be redone. The lack of ability to answer any of my questions professionally and refusing to make corrections. The need to call in Kristin Valenti, manager to move forward. It was such a struggle to receive the”Jon Lorensen Advantage Extended Warranty” in print. What should have been a very happy, exciting time was a stressful bad day. The Sales staff and especially the Finance Reps should be trained, educated, all on the same page with communication. They should job shadow the Service Advisors on how to treat all customers as quality, intelligent consumers. More
This is my second CRV EX. The first saved me from a t-bone accident. The car performed perfectly. I immediately bought another CRV EX from the same dealership. Horrible dealership to use.... The finance manager at the time Paul Marino, was nothing but a crook to sell extended warranties just to get a commission. On Aug.19th,2020 I drove a hour to get to Watertown Honda for service and the Service Advisor Todd Dallairs was so nice and so understanding he really listened to all my needs and went beyond an Honda for service and the Service Advisor Todd Dallairs was so nice and so understanding he really listened to all my needs and went beyond and above to resolve my issues with my Honda and all the employees in the service area were really polite and helpful. Even though it took me a hours drive having someone as great as Todd really made my day and well worth the long drive. Todd is a real asset to Watertown Honda Thankyou Todd! More

Fool me twice Over the past 25 years I and members of my g=family have bought mostly new (and a few used) cars from Honda of Watertown CT. Another driver rec Over the past 25 years I and members of my g=family have bought mostly new (and a few used) cars from Honda of Watertown CT. Another driver recently hit the car we most recently bought there. I requested that the insurance company let us use the body shop at Honda of Watertown for repairs. They agreed. From that point on, the experience was unprofessional. Long delays. Little to no communication from Honda of Watertown. A call to the service department on a recent Friday resulted in our being told that the car would be ready later that day or the next morning. All our follow up calls were punctuated with "the service manger handling your car is on vacation now." Eight days later we picked up the car.The actual work appears well done. But the service is laughable. At the same time, a 2009 Odysee we bought used about 7 years ago from Honda of Watertown (we were told it had been their own customer courtesy vehicle) had some paint damage from a piece of plastic that kicked up on the hood on I'95. Within a few days of that scratch to the paint, the van's paint began to peel off in sheets. It appears that the car was repainted before they sold it to us. I have never seen paint come off in sheets. A local auto body dealer wondered aloud what happened to the van before they painted it and resold it to us as 'lightly used.' All around disappointing. More
