This place has changed. First they told me I couldn’t make an appt for an oil change. Then when I called to see if I can get in they said that wasn’t true. Then for the first time I paid $56 for an oil c make an appt for an oil change. Then when I called to see if I can get in they said that wasn’t true. Then for the first time I paid $56 for an oil change $20 more than usual. Never going back. Too long of a wait to pay the same to go outside. Bye More

Safe clean environment with courteous workers. However, I did wait 3 hours for an oil and filter change. And replaced my wipers I felt like this was a very long process especially when I was told that it wou did wait 3 hours for an oil and filter change. Came in to get a NYS Inspection and ended up getting a tire rotation and filter change. I needed all the services i paid for. Checked in at 8am left after 11am. I was able to social distance due to the la tire rotation and filter change. I needed all the services i paid for. Checked in at 8am left after 11am. I was able to social distance due to the large waiting room with tables for eating or working and a section with lounge chairs to watch TV. My service rep was courteous and helpful. Ive been coming to South Shore Honda since i brought my first Honda in 1995. Great service, excellent staff. More
