I have been a Honda customer for the last 11 years. I've leased 7 cars in that time. Anytime I have needed something done to my cars Honda takes care of it with no issues. However this was the absolute wors leased 7 cars in that time. Anytime I have needed something done to my cars Honda takes care of it with no issues. However this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Honda dealership. They are a bunch of liars and cheats. I only brought my car in for a System update which was a FREE recall. Next thing I know they are telling me I need a new front sensor at $1300. I say there was nothing wrong with my sensor. I look at my car and my front bumper is pulled off on the right side. I say are you guys gonna put this back? They say, It was like that when you pulled in. I say, No way that was like that. They then show me a pixelated picture of my front bumper taken 60 feet away from my car that shows no damage! I was then insulted by the manager who told me If I didn't notice the damage I should go get a stronger prescription of glasses!! I will never again step food into Toms River Honda! They are unprofessional and looking for ways to steal money out of honest customers. More

Robert the Service Mgr was very professional. During our conversation, he asked if we thought about a trade in and we mentioned we might consider a new car. Brian helped us with some test drives and worked to make the transition to a new Pilot comfortable for us. The sales trainees helped with some details and to instruct us on how to hook up our phones and use the new dashboard. Steve from finance finished up with the final information on our new Pilot.
