I’ve worked with Mike Ciccone in your Service dept for the two years I’ve had my Accord and he’s been top notch. Made appoint for oil change. Was told two hour wait. The service representative then showed me a striped oil pan plug and blamed it on the previous oil change. The place that has been changing my oil The service representative then showed me a striped oil pan plug and blamed it on the previous oil change. The place that has been changing my oil for 20 years without issue. They then offered me an $800 plus repair. I got my car towed out of there as quickly as I could. This is another example of poorly trained dealer techs. There was no way for me to prove that the damage happen at the Honda dealer so I did not pursue the issue with them. I also listen to the other service representative that overall were short and rude to customers. Someone asked for a ride and the rep stated what do you want me to to about it. I would avoid dealership. More
We made an appointment at the last minute. They took us right in and our car was ready in an hour. Everyone there is very nice, friendly and professional.
