Poor customer service. I’ve never received a cordial or friendly greeting from the service department in all the times I’ve come here. Doesn’t anybody smile when they greet a customer? This last time I was friendly greeting from the service department in all the times I’ve come here. Doesn’t anybody smile when they greet a customer? This last time I was overcharged by $10 on my oil change even though the service writer assured me my coupon would be honored. I had to wait days for the credit even though I was assured i would see it the following day. I assume that the work done on my car is done correctly. That is most important and that is why I return. The discount coupons bring me in as well. Overall, a fair service experience. I’ve experienced much better at other dealerships I’ve used. More
The service department was excellent. We were out of town when a light went on. They got us right in for an appointment and resolved the issue. Service issue was not solved until tech found a second nail puncture in side wall of tire. It took one nail to do damage. Service advisor never gave up and took me right of way.
