I am still very angry about the way I was treated when I took my 1 year old Honda CRV for an oil change and tire rotation. I took it elsewhere today and it was done in less than an hour, plus a free car wash and interior cleaning. Your salesman, Doug, was nice to deal with when I purchased my car but the way my husband and I were treated in the service department was totally inconsiderate and insulting.
