Negotiation was easy and straightforward. Final price was very competitive and beat other comparable offers. With only a few texts/emails exchanged they gave us a driveout cost over the phone, which a lot of very competitive and beat other comparable offers. With only a few texts/emails exchanged they gave us a driveout cost over the phone, which a lot of other dealerships wouldn't, then after quoting this driveout price they still honored a $200 lower price we had gotten through Sams Club car buyer service. There were no dealer add-on surprises and they were also upfront with us when a dash light came on as we were en route to buy car. Only reason for 4 stars is the actual buying procedure took a while, even without financing as we paid hard cash. From time we arrived to pick up car to driveout was a little over 2 hours mostly due to waiting on F&I (last step: paperwork & money exchange) availability. But, the person we dealt with was polite and explained there were only 4 F&I staff to 30 sales staff, and they were one short that night. Some may think 2 hours is nothing but this could be cut down easily by adding another couple of F&I spots. They worked to fix the dash light issue as fast as they could and kept us updated throughout the process. We worked with Amber mostly, with a little help from Chris as well. More
