Seriously, the best customer experience I have ever had. I have owned Mercedes and currently own his/her Lexus GX/RX's purchased new from North Houston dealers. Recently purchased a 2008 Honda CR-V used as I have owned Mercedes and currently own his/her Lexus GX/RX's purchased new from North Houston dealers. Recently purchased a 2008 Honda CR-V used as my Motorhome tow vehicle. I enjoy driving it so when the AC went out, I thought I would try Tomball Honda to get it repaired. Wow, what exceptional service and the reason why I am writing this. Matt Graves and technician Walter inspected, took pictures and explained the why behind all the work recommended and performed. Car drives like brand new (some suspension bushings replaced) and the AC works great! I am considering trading up to Tomball Honda's when the time comes to buy our next vehicles! Seriously, your service guys are better than the upscale dealers. I don't know how you did it but please keep it up! I am so pleased! More
Took my Passport in for an oil change under a big time constraint. Matt gave me a workable time frame that also included getting a recall service performed he wouldn't let me leave without for safety reas constraint. Great customer service from Bill, starting with response time, to actually meeting him. He was so easy to work with and none of that bait and switch tactics, that I had encountered before going to Honda of time, to actually meeting him. He was so easy to work with and none of that bait and switch tactics, that I had encountered before going to Honda of Tomball. Many in financing was also excellent. Got my car in about 1 hr 30 minutes, with a full tank of gas. More
