Kathy Amano is the best I arrived early for a 7 am appointment and Kathy was already dealing with a long line of customers. That's huuuuuuuuge when you need to get to work on time. I was lucky enough to have Kathy deal with my service. Before I even signed the service contract Kathy hooked me up with the shuttle service. I was home and back to work before most of my coworkers even made it to work. My car needed a lot of work and Kathy gave me updates throughout the day. I was considering a Lincoln MKC for my next car but from what I have heard about the service at the Lincoln dealer, they don't have anyone like Kathy working there. I will likely rent or purchase my next car from Honda of Tenafly More

The correct tire A tire on my new Honda Civic developed a leak. A very slow leak. I tried to find the correct tire both online and at local dealers. I was told it is not wise to mix brand radial tires so I was faced with the prospect of having to purchase 2 new tires even though I have only driven the car 2800 miles. I called Tenafly Honda and explained my problem. The parts manager assured me he would find the correct tire I needed. He called me back the same day. He located the tire. It was delivered the same day and I had it installed the next morning. This was my first visit to the service center and I must say I was quite impressed. Cordial employees, clean waiting room, fresh brewed coffee and delicious bagels. Now, not only did I get a great deal on my car purchase, but, also an excellent service center. I will be back in a few months for my first oil change. I look forward to the visit. More
Lack of responsiveness After servicing 2 cars for 19 years, the response to a call for help was met with a weeks wait and then no response to complaint. A local service station fixed the problem over nite. I don't understand what has happened to what we always felt was one of the best places to service our cars, We weren't even contacted after I emailed what the issue was. I'm not sure based on this experience that it's even worth one star More
