I made an appointment for the body shop they gave it to me for a week later, I lost a day of work and when I arrived they told me that it was a mistake that they offer the service but that it has nothing t me for a week later, I lost a day of work and when I arrived they told me that it was a mistake that they offer the service but that it has nothing to do with them, I went to the body shop and I They said they had no idea what had happened. Long time customer of Honda of Tenafly. Purchased 3 Hondas in past few years. My daughter"s Honda CRV was brought in for starting problem and 2 new tires . Car was repaired with new push button start Hondas in past few years. My daughter"s Honda CRV was brought in for starting problem and 2 new tires . Car was repaired with new push button start component yet car failed to start 2 days later. Returned to dealership and our CRV was determined to require a new starter which was then replaced at Honda of Tenafly. Honda of Tenafly's initial failed diagnosis resulted in payment for unneeded parts and labor, undo stress and hardship ( my daughter was stuck in upstate NY with toddler in car seat) . After multiple calls to dealership, I was unable to speak to service manager or anyone in position to communicate my concerns. Definitely not happy with their handling of this service and told them I was not comfortable returning to their dealership for purchases or repairs . More
