The horse is out of the barn, Craig . Honda of Tenafly had ample opportunity over the course of 2 weeks at that time to have someone in position to communicate with me . Writing to the owner resulted in another delegate calling me. Let me say that conversation was long on empathy and short on substance. I have already moved on.

We had multiple conversations with the customer clearing up the misunderstanding. He was not billed for services not performed. The line item description was not accurate and applicable to his make and model. We explained this more than 4 times to the customer by different members of the department. We offered him money back on the repair and the refund was declined. We regret that he is still unhappy however we tried our best to make it right for him. Sincerely, Craig Kupiec Service Manager

Their response endorse my concern.The incorrect description Honda Tenafly mentioned is the timing belt service which my 4 cylinder does NOT have ,thus they agree the invoice line item is incorrect hence I want to know the exact service they billed. They denied my request for a corrected invoice and rejected my email asking for service cost on each of the line item.If they says $400 is the cost for a spark plug replacement that’s VERY VERY HIGH and the offered refund is $50 which I denied.All I am asking is to explain me in written the service cost of each line item in my invoice and how they reached a total service cost of $300 which is a fair ask from a customer. They are still struggling to explain.
