I have used this dealer when living here. My first 5 new cars were all Honda. After my three BMW convertibles, and Mercedes convertible, my last two cars were again Honda. I have only taken my Honda to Honda Of Stevens Creek since I’ve had my car. Summer and Daniel in the service department are amazing!!! I had a few concerns and both of them made me feel at ease with the since I’ve had my car. Summer and Daniel in the service department are amazing!!! I had questions in the past and Rick also double checked everything on my car that was noted that had to be done and it was done properly. I had a couple of very bad experience at Honda of Stevens Creek. 1) In Sept. /2020, I asked them (advisor Jonny) to disconnect the alarming system of my car; they made me go back and forth several t Creek. 1) In Sept. /2020, I asked them (advisor Jonny) to disconnect the alarming system of my car; they made me go back and forth several times and it took me almost one and an half days and $189.88 to get it done while other auto repair shop could do it within 5-10 minutes, and as low as $40. 2)When they fixed the above problem, they disconnected the battery of my car, which was actually unnecessary; this caused another problem: the OBD monitors were reset, and I could not pass the Smog test. So, I went there again (Jan./2021), and they (advisor Dan) asked me to pay another $189.88, and told me that they would make the monitors ready by 2:00PM that day. But they did NOT get it done at that time, and they said they needed more time to drive more...drive more...until the afternoon of the next day when I called them. They still had not got it done. So I wanted my car back, but they asked me to pay $94 even if they had not fixed the problem (they said that they made a couple of monitors ready). The thing that made me very angry is that I found that they actually did NOT drive more to make the monitors ready! The mileage record on my car clearly indicated that they only drived once, and NEVER drived more! From the above experiences, I would never go there again! More

I had a VERY BAD experience at Honda of Stevens Creek Service Center with an advisor named JOSHUA LIAW. Went there for a B7 maintenance code and this guy JOSHUA LIAW told me that around 7-8 things nee Service Center with an advisor named JOSHUA LIAW. Went there for a B7 maintenance code and this guy JOSHUA LIAW told me that around 7-8 things needs to fixed with around $1000 as initial estimate, I trusted his advice thinking it was all part of B7 changes and agreed to do them all. While the car was under service he sent me a revised estimate with some more things to fix costing an additional $600, but I ALREADY GOT THOSE THINGS FIXED JUST A FEW MONTHS AGO, obviously there is no need to do them so soon, so I declined them. At this point I got suspicious and checked with a couple of other Honda service centers and checked what needs to be done for B7 code and how much they charge, they said it is just oil change + brake fluid change and costs less than $250. Basically HE SOLD ME UNNECESSARY SERVICES and was trying to sell even more unnecessary services. This place is a TOTAL RIP-OFF, will not be going there anymore. Will NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. More
Steve provided professional service. He answered all my questions. Contact-less service is extremely important to me during COVID-19.
