I brought my 2010 Honda accord in for service because the engine light was on. Clint Santiago was my Service Advisor. He was kind, courteous and considerate. Unfortunately the repairs would cost more than the car was worth, so I decided to buy a new car. He referred me to Jerry Marquez. I told him what I wanted which was an Accord hybrid EX-L in canyon river blue metallic. Jerry immediately said," let me see what I can do." He found one in SF at a Honda dealership. I said,"yes let's make it happen." Tina who also assisted in this sale was wonderful! She checked on me multiple times while we were waiting for the car to be brought from SF. Kindness doesn't cost anything and they exemplified this trait. I must not forget Ryan who handled my paper work. He explained the paper work and answered all my questions. This may be a little wordy but many times people will complain and tell you what you have done wrong but never what you get right. I love my new car!! The technology on it is awesome! This is not a reputable dealership. The service manager, Joshua Liaw, did not return my call for days and only called me after I followed up with the dealership nearly every day for the course of five days. During our conversation, he was unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to address the situation with integrity and accountability. They have definitely lost my business and if I were you, I would avoid this location at all costs. More
I went in recently for a paint defect on my 2020 Honda civic with less than 3k miles on it. Horrible paint flaking on the door handles and mirror caps but Steven's Creek Honda had no intention of helping civic with less than 3k miles on it. Horrible paint flaking on the door handles and mirror caps but Steven's Creek Honda had no intention of helping me out and Corporate Honda claimed it was an environmental issue and refused to cover the parts. This could be hundreds of dollars in repair for something I had no way of preventing. What is a clear defect in either the clear coat application or manufacturing was passed off as not a Honda problem but a me problem. I've never had an issue with Honda paint until I owned this civic. Needless to say I won't be spending another dime with Honda if this is how they support and stand behind their vehicles, that is to say they stand far away from it and point their fingers anywhere but themselves. I don't even want to utilize the last year of Honda care at this dealership with the way they handled my query. From the beginning they cast doubt as if I had done something to weaken or destroy the paint when clearly these parts were the issue when the rest of the car was fine. They even said themselves that the effected parts were produced independently of the rest of the car and if I had done something to destroy those parts you would assume the surrounding area would also be damaged. But to them it's customer at fault with not even an offer to make it right with partial coverage. More

They also had trouble with the Fumoto quick release oil drain plug and "...will not be responsible for any damage that may occur during the process to remove it". Really? I had to send them a youtube video on something my 14 year old can figure out. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere! More

Jeff was super nice to me and was very straight forward about the services that he will perform (oil change and tire rotation) and how much it is going to cost me. Also, Jeff told me that it's going to take around 1.5 hours and that I can wait in the customer waiting area. Customer waiting area had decent facilities (TV, WiFi, water, coffee, snacks vending machine, and a reasonably clean restroom). My car was serviced in time and it has been driving great since then. Jeff also patiently answered all my questions about how to take care of my car. More
Honda Pilot touring 2022 with factory defect of tailgate sensing which is not working and found out on the day of pick up. i was told to return the following day to fix it. I called them and ask to drop the car for them to check. Diagnostic done with report that sensing need to be replace and parts will arrive on March 2022. I was so upset that i spend that much money to buy the future car including Mark up of $2,000. Also i started paying my monthly amortization for a Honda Pilot Touring 2022 with tail hate sensing… and not the defective one. Same thing happened with my Honda Civic EX 2016 model that i bought Nov 2015 where in the LCD malfunction the day after purchase and they need to order the parts and replace which take about a month. I hope and appreciate your immediate action. More
