Managers Scott and Rich are extremely out of touch with customers. They have no customer service skills and are more concerned about dealership revenue then customer satisfaction. Do not bring your Honda customers. They have no customer service skills and are more concerned about dealership revenue then customer satisfaction. Do not bring your Honda to this dealership if you need a diagnosis. They will charge you over $100 to diagnose your car, and if their diagnosis is not correct they will refuse to refund you. The manager Rich even had the audacity to tell my wife, "I don't know much about Honda Fits, we only sell high end cars at this dealership." Even when confronted by the Better Business Bureau they still refused to refund me. Honda of Westport is well worth the trip. More

In 16 civic running strong due to their excellent service. The service dept has always been able to fix any problem, making it quick and painless. In 16 years of dealing with them, I have never had a complaint. Always fair pricing and great to deal with. Richard and Sonia always go out of their way to make sure everything is just right, and it always is. Also just purchased a new CRV from them, Love It More
I purchased my 2007 Honda Pilot and it had bad scratches on the tailgate. The dealership agreed to repair it to my satisfaction and the work makes the car look brand new. Managers Renee and Scott were par on the tailgate. The dealership agreed to repair it to my satisfaction and the work makes the car look brand new. Managers Renee and Scott were particularly helpful. Thank you! More
The "service" people are extremely rude and argumentative. They will try to dodge warranty replacements until all else fails. They even suggested that instead of fixing my problem, that I and argumentative. They will try to dodge warranty replacements until all else fails. They even suggested that instead of fixing my problem, that I get stranded and tow the car there, dead, so they can have "proof" of the issue. That's right, I should have my 2 year old car with 26k mi on it, fully under warranty, DIE on the road so they can have concrete proof that anything needs to be fixed. What an utterly ridiculous notion. This type of behavior is likely a breach of contractual warranty. They don't care. The sales people argue, lecture, demean, attempt to intimidate and one even physically threatened me after I dare stare back at him when he tried to stare me down like I was some bug, saying he'd show me who was a "tough guy". Yeah, that's right, their "sales" people threaten customers if they think you're not going to cower and bow down to them. If you want to have horrible service and not have your warranty honored, go here. More

I called multiple dealers and was surprised to find Greenwich Honda's prices to be the lowest, not to mention they had the earliest appointment available. They went above and beyond to make sure that my car was ready when promised and that they kept in touch with all possible work over the agreement. It has been 1 1/2 weeks since my service and my car is running great! More
I live in Ct. and my Honda CRV transmission over heated when it was being towed by my RV.This is the second time that this has happened. When I first purchased the CRV the dealer assured me that this car ca when it was being towed by my RV.This is the second time that this has happened. When I first purchased the CRV the dealer assured me that this car can be towed flat. Now the car is sitting at Greewich Honda for a week and no one knows what is going ON.They also tried telling me there was someting wrong with cooling system and that was WHY the transmission failed. I have never had any cooling problems with my CRV! Other than this transmission issue that is still under warranty this car has run fine. They are rude and show no consideration for the customer. I keep calling and nobody can tell me when my car is going to be ready. The service manager Rick Shuler and Sonia(advisor) have no bedside manner. My dealer is in Manchester CT. and I broke down in Greewich Ct.I blame this nightmare also on the insurance company for towing me to the nearest dealer instead of my dealer. I could understand if I was out of my state. Now I have to pay one more week for the rental car. GREEWICH HONDA CT.IS A PURE EXAMPLE OF BAD HUMAN RELATIONS AND LEAVES A SOUR TASTE IN YOUR MOUTH FOR ALL CAR DEALERSHIPS.I sure hope the job is done correctly. More
We bought a Honda Odyssey van from this dealer in 2000 and have had every scheduled service (as suggested in the owner's manual) done there in the past nine years. On several occasions I had the feeling that unneeded "maintenance procedures" were being done on the car but it's the closest Honda dealership and I didn't challenge these. Wish I had. Over the years we have spent several thousand dollars at the service department of this dealership. This summer the right rear sliding door was acting up and we took the car in. They recommended transmission flush amongother things which I ok'd over the phone. I also arranged to have the costs charged to a credit card and to collect the car after the service department closed. Upon collection, I reviewed the bill which came to $700 including $100 to "clean the contacts" on the rear sliding door. As soon as I started the car and tested the door, they had done absolutely nothing to correct the problem. I called the next day and asked that the $100 charged be removed, and I felt surely this would be done without question. Instead, the service manager verbally abused me, accusing me of being a "fat cat" who wanted to cheat the worker who had "cleaned the contacts". He flatly refused to make an adjustment. They have lost a customer forever. Not only will we never return to have our cars serviced there, but we are about to replace the Odyssey and I'll buy it anywhere but Greenwich Honda. More
I have been servicing my Honda Accord here for the past 6 years. Honest service done quickly. I would drop my car off in the morning, get a call mid-morning explaining what needed to be done and why, years. Honest service done quickly. I would drop my car off in the morning, get a call mid-morning explaining what needed to be done and why, and then car would be ready for pick up by 5pm. On several occasions they have told me I can hold off on certain work and then remind me at my next visit. Also, when my tires were worn they mentioned to me that it would be cheaper to buy the tire from a Costco or Town Fair as they have to mark the tires up. BEWARE OF THE SALES DEPARTMENT AT GREENWICH HONDA! SHADY! I decided to look at maybe trading in my current Honda for a new one and the Sales person was horrible! Unprofessional to say the least. I would never buy a car from here even though the service is awesome. I bought my Honda originally from Westport Honda and while the Salesman was a clown, I wasn't buying this car for HIS personality. I knew what I wanted, all he had to do was the paperwork. More
