It was the best experience i have ever experience I had super great experience. I had went to many dealers and i was turn down due to my credit score and any other particular reasons. I got home one a I had super great experience. I had went to many dealers and i was turn down due to my credit score and any other particular reasons. I got home one and received a letter saying i was pre approved for a car loan. At that moment i really didnt pay attention due to the previous turns down on the other dealers. I decided to give a try and give a call. I spoke to a wonderful young lady name patricia that convinced me to come in to the dealer and help me. Elvis Kocan, who was my initial contact, was ill, so I was handed over to Ray-Anthony Haynes, a delightful young man who spent a lot of time explaining the car, taking me for a test drive and answering all my questions. When I picked up my car, the registration (from New York) was not ready, so they gave me dealer plates to use until my registration was completed. When I picked up my new plates, I was surprised to be informed that what I had paid was more than $60 less than what it had cost, and at first they wanted me to pay the difference. But a brief discussion with sales manager John Strazza quickly resolved the problem, and I was off in my new car without having to pay anything more. I found the sales staff to be most friendly and helpful, a real team effort. I am very pleased with my purchase experience at Greenwich Honda. More
