I have purchased several cars from this dealership. I came to Greenwich Honda after having a horrible experience with a different dealership . I was sent on a coworkers high recommendation to go and ask for Rene specifically. After explaining my ordea experience with a different dealership . I was sent on a coworkers high recommendation to go and ask for Rene specifically. After explaining my ordeal and ending up in tears Rene looked over my car and paperwork and reassured me that everything was ok. I was relieved. Less than a year later I went back and asked Rene if he thought I would be able to trade in my Accord for a Pilot. Rene sat with me and could have pushed the truck but instead he was honest with me about my financial status and made me see I did not have the need for such a large vehicle . Once again Rene was right and looked out for my best interest, one week later I was in a newer model Accord, the one I actually wanted to begin with color and ALL! I have since sent my mother and another coworker and both have purchased brand new Honda vehicles with Rene. I will continue to send my friends and family to see Rene and his team at Greenwich Honda. I was in the market for 2 new cars for my daughters. I first contacted Jerome via telephone. He assured me that pricing, while important should not be the only deciding factor in doing business. He basically made me feel comfortable over the phone and I made an appointment to see him. Once I entered the showroom the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The manager, Rene came over and introduced himself. The negotiating process on buying anything let alone a car is very intimidating, but Jerome was poised and extremely professional. Hence my daughters picked up there new cars and drove out all in a matter of under 3 hours. Kudos to Greenwich Honda and there staff particularly Jerome !! I would definitely recommend them. More
