Horrible service from Rolando ( one of the service attandants there ) … tried to charge me $300 for a loosd case on a key. I approached the service department first to see how I can get to the right person that could look at my key and Rolando said there was no fixing a loose key and that it cost $300 and I told him that I knew for a fact it cost about $60 because I have replaced a loose case on my key before and the whole interaction with this guy was awful after having that conversation he was dismissive and rude and he pointed me to the parts department. I went there and they helped me right away and it costs me $85 to replace both of my keys covers and curing of the new keys. I went back to the service department to show the guy my receipt so he learns to treat people with respect and not try to be corrupt with his pricing. I found out from the service manager who’s name is Phil that it costs $300 to “reprogram keys “ and that’s clearly not what I needed so keep in mind to always stay clear of these corrupt service sharks that just want to screw over a local and repeated customer that knows better than to pay $300 just to fix a loose key More
