I had a great experience thanks to Eric, the sales manager! Even though he wasn’t the one who sold me the car directly, he played a huge part in making the final process smooth and stress-free. He walked me through every step with patience, explained all the details clearly, and made sure I understood everything before signing. It’s rare to meet someone who takes the time to make sure you’re not just signing papers, but actually feeling good about your decision. His professionalism and positive energy really stood out and made the whole experience so much better.
