Above and Beyond Melissa was the most professional and knowledgeable sales person I have ever done business with. We had driven from Mississippi because the Honda dea Melissa was the most professional and knowledgeable sales person I have ever done business with. We had driven from Mississippi because the Honda dealership there could not meet our requirements. Melissa knew more about this vehicle than the gentleman helping me at the Mississippi dealership. She explained practically every detail of the Honda Pilot. She helped me sync my phone to the vehicle and even helped me clean out my van and helped with my children’s' car seats. She was very enthusiastic and kept us up-to-date on the purchasing process. I was even given a tour of the service department for future maintenance. She did everything she could to get us the price we needed. She was also juggling 2 other clients and gave all of us equal attention. She is definitely an awesome multitasker. I will recommend this dealership and Melissa to my friends and will come to Honda of Slidell for future purchases. Melissa went above and beyond any other sales person I had dealt with in the past.
