I had been looking for a Honda Odyssey for months and had done a great deal of research. I had a great experience at Honda of SLidell. David and Dominique were absolutely a pleasure to work with. This is the 2nd time this has happened with Honda of Slidell. Had to come and write a review this time. Took my wife's car in for a few small repairs. Very minimal cosmetic type things like the brake Slidell. Had to come and write a review this time. Took my wife's car in for a few small repairs. Very minimal cosmetic type things like the brake light rattling in the rear dash, the little gear shift plastic plate was broken, rug on right side door coming loose, etc. There was also squealing coming from the rear brakes, so was just looking for a quote to get them replaced. For the 2nd time ever taking the car there, they ran this huge diagnostic (without us asking for this service) that costs just over $100. In addition, the quotes for the repairs I had listed totalled $1,700.00. The rear brakes alone were $250.00. And that small piece of plastic for the gear shift? $50.00. The rattling light fix was another $55.00 Needless to say, I most unhappily paid the $100+ for the un-asked-for diagnostic, took the car to Pep Boys and got the brakes done for $129.00. The only reason I gave even a single Star for the Customer Service rating was because the girl was actually very nice and professional and I'm pretty sure she was doing her job the best she could. But she does have to go by the policies of the dealership, which in my opinion in this particular case, are horrid. More
I have never dealt with a dealer who left me feeling as completely bewildered as to how I allowed this to happen to me as this one did. The truck I have bought has problems not disclosed to me. The paperwork due to me is being held up a ridicules amount of time and when I call with questions regarding the situation and I am put on hold for people who aren't there and finally told to deal with it. I find out about rebates I am due and they are withheld and generally feel that they are shady . Life is too short for this. Spend the extra 20 minutes and go see a dealer who is respectable and honest. More

Everyone there was very helpful and friendly, I would definitely recommend it to my friends, family, or just anyone interested in looking for a new vehicle! Total con artists! The service manager (Rodney) promised me my car was fixed and I paid almost $900 for them to do so (rip off as is but I was just glad to get it fixed). The service manager promised me all lights were off (tpms, air bag, check engine) and that brakes were fixed n as soon as I get in my car the lights are on and brakes still messed up. Now they're trying to charge me twice to fix the same problems! So I say if that's the case ill take it somewhere that will fix it the first time so he says you better stop making threats little lady! Ah! How dare him! L To save the best for last the first time I brought it in mechanic not only stole a full tank of gas from me (repairs had nothing to do with the gas tank) but left the gas pump off the car! Chastity lied and swore I was on E when I brought it in so I decided to let it go n get gas at the nearest gas station but it never clicked when I lwas pumping the gas so I decided to stop it at $60 something dollars, got in my vehicle and put in the key when the little girl working comes running out screaming, arms flailing. I almost took off thinking she couldnt have been directing that towards me but instead I got out my car and she's screaming, "Do not start your vehicle! It''ll blow!" I was so scared I was shaking, had to tow it back to them (which they didn't pay for) and spent my afternoon traumatized and helping the girl get up the gas with a bag of kitty litter. They said they wouldn't fire the mechanic but would transfer him to Honda of Covington and give me a tank of gas for all they put me through! It's a shame what awful people they are. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! More
