Katelin Fountain responded almost immediately via phone and email. We began to communicate via text messaging and she was very helpful and personable. Considering the dealership is an hour away from where we live and wanting to have time to look and make a decision, we made an appointment with Katelin for a Saturday morning. That week, we decided to move our appointment to Friday night. We did not arrive until late Friday, close to 7PM. The dealership closes at 8PM but you wouldn't have known it by the willingness to help and relaxed attitude of Ashley Santini. The vehicle we were looking at was parked, all VIP style, and ready for us to take it for a drive. We knew as soon as we saw it, we wanted it but knew that our budget was limited. Ashley spent a lot of time working with us on financing and we felt like she genuinely wanted to help us get what we wanted. We moved into the "this is for real" room with Dawn Loyacano. It was late and she was, I'm sure, ready to get home but with her professionalism and patience, we did not feel rushed in the slightest. After paperwork, a bell ring and a quick chat with Ashley, we were ready to close down the place and drive home our Honda Pre-Certified 2012 Honda Accord. I was lured to Honda of Slidell because the service team was exceptional in previous visits (I did not buy my car there, but had it serviced there). The service rep (Sabrina) was no longer employed at this dealership when I returned to make a purchase, and I explained to the sales rep that she was the reason I even showed up to look for a car. He assured me that I wouldn't be disappointed. Well, they did it again! It was a very good sales experience and I was treated fairly. I recently had to return to have duplicate key made and was impressed by how professional this place is. More
