Purchase Very slow process in purchasing a vehicle. Was left sitting waiting for very long periods of time with no explanations. Once was told mgrs were in Very slow process in purchasing a vehicle. Was left sitting waiting for very long periods of time with no explanations. Once was told mgrs were in a meeting. Only had 1 finance guy so had to wait for him. Over all took over 6 hours to purchase, 4 of which it took just to get a quote. Only went through with sell because had invested too much time at final point. More

Awesome Dealership in every aspect It was time to get My Daughter a new car. We were looking for a small SUV as an upgrade from the small 4 door car She was driving. After researching s It was time to get My Daughter a new car. We were looking for a small SUV as an upgrade from the small 4 door car She was driving. After researching several models, We settled on a 2016 Honda HR-V EX. It seemed to check the box in every category on Our shopping list We found the exact vehicle at Honda of Slidell on their Website. So We made the drive over to Slidell, bypassing a few other Dealers along the way. Upon Our initial visit We were warmly greeted by Oscar. He pulled the vehicle up, explained many of the features and offered Us a test drive. You notice immediately that their store is truly state of the art and highly professional. They make You feel comfortable immediately. There is cold water to drink as well as coffee, and they even bake fresh cookies for their guests. We were given a tour of the facility and met many people, all who were friendly and helpful Nick,the General Sales Manager, worked out the figures for Us. They were presented in an easy to understand manner. The sale price of the vehicle was actually under Our targeted budget and the trade in value was more than fair. We never felt uneasy or unsure of the process. Nick is the consummate professional and I highly recommend Him and His team if You dread the shopping process After working out Our own logistics, We decided to pick up the HR-V the following day. Brian handled Our delivery process. He is easily one of the most professional Sales Reps You will ever meet. He put My Daughter at ease and took the time to explain the operating features and many other key components of owning a new car, such as warranty info, service department hours etc The final paperwork was handled with Dawn. She did a great job expediting and explaining all the paperwork and gave Us some great options for lengthening the standard warranty. She also is a true professional and was enjoyable to work with I simply cannot recommend this Dealership enough. Thanks to Honda of Sldell for making this experience a great one. My daughter is ecstatic with Her new Honda and You Guys made that possible...Thanks again More

I can not adequately express how grateful I am when, on more than one occasion, I have called in with what to me was an emergency situation, and Charity eased my concern about the circumstance I was in. All vehicles will have issues, sooner or later. So to have kind, caring staff to interface with, in frustrating situations, is very appreciated. Please be aware of the valued staff you currently have in Charity. She gives excellent customer service to your customers. Please have management reward her accordingly. Great Experience. Went out of their way! I did some research on the internet looking for a car. I found a great 2008 Ford Escape at Honda of Slidell. I made a phone call and talked to Caris I did some research on the internet looking for a car. I found a great 2008 Ford Escape at Honda of Slidell. I made a phone call and talked to Carissa, we set an appt. for me to come in and test drive the car. When I got there, Carissa introduced me to Nicholaos and he took me out for the test drive. I loved the car right away, it was a great deal. Nicholaos was friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions. I choose to buy the car, but my closing was in Gulfport, Mississippi, Nick was kind of enough to bring the car to Gulfport for the closing. Everything was quick and easy and I am a very happy customer. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to deal with Honda of Slidell. More
Slidell = poor; Covington = great Sales Rep and Sale Manager were very rude. Sales Rep mumbled words that she thought I could not here. Sales Rep also lacked knowledge. I informed Jeff Spangler of the issues I had and, alongside Kristen (Service Rep) they went beyond all my expectations to make it a seamless experience start to finish. Kristen is always very helpful and friendly. She even offers her personal number to ensure the entire process is efficient and worry-free for each customer. It helps that she is always smiling and strives to address each concern personal to your situation. I have never have to wait and get am extremely satisfied with my service every time. She makes it a point to call and inform you of your vehicle's status throughout the repair process. Daniel was our sales person and we had a great experience with him as well. He was very honest and forthcoming, which negated any dealership 'games' to make it a fair and seamless experience. More
