They sold us a lemon We were looking for a used vehicle so we could lower our payments. We found one but the only problem is we have had it for 2 months and for the first We were looking for a used vehicle so we could lower our payments. We found one but the only problem is we have had it for 2 months and for the first month we had it they were fixing the issues that we had. After that they quit returning our phone calls. We took it to a mechanic the day after we bought it and the check engine light was unplugged along with an oil leak. The check engine light continues to go on and off. I will never do business with these guys again. So be careful if you are looking at their used vehicles and check things out so you won't get sold a "lemon" like we did. More

Great Buying Experience I had purchased two vehicles in the past from Honda of Slidell. Amazing service department! This service department is the best I've ever dealt with! I wrecked my car days before my college graduation and my insurance company took over a week This service department is the best I've ever dealt with! I wrecked my car days before my college graduation and my insurance company took over a week to inspect it before work could begin. During this time I talked to Kristen in the Honda service department literally everyday for updates. She was so amazing! Completely empathetic and acted almost as a therapist to me! On a separate occasion I had dealings with Charity. She is probably the nicest person I've ever met! She went above and beyond to get me the best discount available and even arranged to have the shuttle bring me home and pick me up when my car was ready. The service team at Honda is amazing!! More
