Give em zero stars if I could xxxx THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They posted a vehicle online, I called em, agreed to a price, set up insurance, shipping and overnighted documents to my bank. xxxx THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They posted a vehicle online, I called em, agreed to a price, set up insurance, shipping and overnighted documents to my bank. They tell me they won't hold the vehicle because of people flaking.. I told them I had everything ready to go, just had to wait on paperwork to get to my bank(this was Friday, bank closed on sat). They sold the truck to someone else on saturday... couldn't give me 1 xxxxing day. Now I'm out $300 my money for insurance, ups and shipper fees. I noticed on Friday that they relisted the truck for $1000 more than original.. they realized they could get more money and sold it out from under me... stay away from these pieces of xxxx.. now they won't return my calls either... shocker!!! I have everything documented in emails and texts including the agreed upon price with a pricing sheet from the dealer... More

Unsatisfactory experience and very frustrating ... A joke I hope that the owner and the upper management will read this review. I had visited the used car department with cash money in hand to buy an used v I hope that the owner and the upper management will read this review. I had visited the used car department with cash money in hand to buy an used vehicle that I had saw on the web site but could not agree on the price.... The sales person Christopher was very polite and tried very hard to get my offer excepted with his manager. He then contacted me several times about the car along with other people in the used car department and also recommended another vehicle that may accommodate my needs. It wasn't really what I was looking for. Several days later I sent my brother in law to the dealership to test drive the car and offer them $300.00 over my last offer. I am a very busy person and travel with the company I have employment and also have an out of town residence. He had cash money in hand to purchase the vehicle and had bought several new hondas from this dealership .... a final accepted price could not be agreed upon that day either. Several days later the sales department contacted me and we communicated via phone and text about a possible deal and finally after nearly 2 weeks we agreed on a sales price. This was Wednesday morning July 26th and I was in route to the Florida Gulf Coast and I replied that I will have to pay for in full with my debit card or a check and that I will be back in town on Friday July 28th to do the transfer. The response from the used car manager was that iI would have to come in person to make the payment and the wouldn't even take a deposit over the phone on a used car. I found this was "unreasonable" since we have been dealing with car for two weeks...almost on a daily basis. Again this was very uncooperative on the sales manager part and then made an appointment Friday @ 3pm to do the deal...."That's if the car hadn't sold yet". I thought this is weird since I have already several brand new cars at other dealerships in other areas of Louisiana over the phone before.... And with today's technology and people's busy schedule and that I have been in contact with various sale persons and managers at least 15 times verbally and electronically.... possibly more...I would have to count my texts, received and outgoing phone calls and messages.....and I feel this was not an unreasonable request. Friday morning the day I was leaving the Florida gulf coast and drive directly to Honda of Slidell, the salesperson Chris called and said the car had sold and he would like me to see another vehicle. I thought at this point it was an insult and I would never do business with this dealership and I will recommend that others SHOULD NOT either. A very Disappointing and totally an Unsatisfying experience at Honda of Slidell. More
