Very poor service and nothing was done after I gave my feedback to the manager. I brought in my vehicle for oil change and left with a flat tire that service did not even want to fix. Don't do business w/ this dealership if you believe the wording in your contract should be honored as written. If you're ok w/ dealers making up their own terms that directly contradicts your legally bindi wording in your contract should be honored as written. If you're ok w/ dealers making up their own terms that directly contradicts your legally binding lease contract, good luck taking your chances. I leased my vehicle from Serramonte. I took it there to be serviced and twice I had to prove that my lease contract included a servicing maintenance package I opted into upon signing my lease (meaning I pay extra every month for it to be covered). The first time Serramonte got it wrong I thought it was human error and I made them literally print out my lease. I confirmed without a doubt that it says what package I have and that it covers tire rotations, so they could not charge me. I returned for another servicing and was again told I needed to pay out of pocket for a tire rotation and to have the air filters changed out. I was certain I should be covered for these standard services and sure enough, the very lease contract that I agreed to with Honda of Serramonte stated "HONDA CARE MAINT" in the "Optional Service Contract" section of my lease. I show my contract and a screenshot of Honda's own website that says the "Honda Care Maintenance" package includes tire rotations and air filter changes. You would think this is enough objective, documented, legal confirmation that I should not be charged and they were obligated to honor the wording. They still denied my maintenance terms and insisted I had a different "Sentinel" maintenance package that was showing in their system. Important note: "Sentinel" is literally nowhere in my lease agreement. However, "HONDA CARE MAINT" undeniably is in my lease agreement. If "Sentinel" is in their system, but nowhere on my contract that discrepancy should not be at my expense as the lessee. That was their internal error, not mine. As a customer, you are not responsible for Serramonte's administrative errors. Customers are not responsible for Serramonte's poor training. Customers are not responsible for the mistake of someone who no longer works at the Serramonte dealership. The single most important, binding agreement between you (as someone looking for a car) and of Serramonte is that lease and in my experience they broke it, TWICE. The lease is your lifeline in doing business with a dealer. Spare yourself the grief of having to advocate for a dealership to do the right thing (aka honor the contract as it's worded). Avoid subjecting your kid with a new license, your elderly parent who just needs a casual ride, yourself who doesn't have time to waste, etc the misery of this unnecessary drama, especially if they are not savvy enough to fight for the terms of their contract. I ended up leasing a new Honda with an awesome deal somewhere else. They were professional, kind, straightforward. The new dealership informed me some dealerships don't like to honor maintenance contracts because their service departments don't make commission on those projects. So, they try to charge you despite your lease to squeeze the extra buck. Surely your hard earned money can't be wasted on consistent breaches of contract. There are literally so many other Honda dealers in the SF bay area, go elsewhere. More
