The department is well staffed, which helps them work the queue quickly. I have worked with several of the associates and have never had a bad experience. They don’t up-sell additional services, they provide prompt updates on work throughout the day, and they keep their word throughout the process. More

It only took 10 minutes from the time I pulled into the service drive to drop the car off, meet with the service consultant Eric Chau, discuss my concerns, plan the service, and be on my way. He was quick, personable, and professional. The initial estimate was 4 hours, but they finished in 3. When I picked the car up Eric met with me immediately, brought me to the cashier, who was friendly, courteous, and VERY fast, and had me on my way in less than 5 minutes. Warranty repair on 2012 crv I brought my 2012 crv in to the Honda Serramonte dealership due to a 1-2 second rattling noise after starting the vehicle. They ran a diagnistic and I brought my 2012 crv in to the Honda Serramonte dealership due to a 1-2 second rattling noise after starting the vehicle. They ran a diagnistic and found a bad vtc actuator that was causing the noise. Corina the service rep. Told me it would be a $900.000 repair, ouch! So i told her I would call her back in an hour. I did some quick research online and discovered Honda had issued a service bulletin about faulty vtc actuators on all civic and crv models from 2008-2012. I picked up the phone and let Corina know about my findings. She referred me to the service tech. Who confirmed my findings. 4 days later the car was fixed and Honda covered 99% of the repair cost. Along the way I received great service and attention from Tom the service dept. manager. The whole service team had a great attitude and I wont hesitate to bring my beloved crv back to them. More
