Disappointed upon the after service. I bought a 2017 Honda CR-V back in late July. I was told that I should receive the license plate within 4 weeks. Up to last October, I hadn't received I bought a 2017 Honda CR-V back in late July. I was told that I should receive the license plate within 4 weeks. Up to last October, I hadn't received it and I was pulled over by a police and he told me that the name of the car was still not under mine. I called the sales representative immediately. He told me that he couldn't do nothing because it wasn't three months yet. Later, when it passed three months, I called the sales representative again and again ( three times in total), he reluctantly started to do the paperwork in Nov. 7. Up to today, I haven't received the license plate. I'm very disappointed about their services. Andy Chen More

My 2009 Honda Fit needed a lot of maintenance, and Mr. Santos took the time to make sure I understood all of my options. Over the years, I’ve only used Honda Serramonte Service for maintenance and occasional repairs. All of the Service Staff has always been very professional. It’s a well run shop! More
