Horrible Reception Staff and Service Staff, GM of Dealership Bought a brand new 2016 Honda Civic, only to find out it has rattling issues with the rear when music is played. I brought it in for service, and the Bought a brand new 2016 Honda Civic, only to find out it has rattling issues with the rear when music is played. I brought it in for service, and the service advisor (clearly not someone fully trained in this industry) told me theres nothing that could be done. I tried contacting the GM of the dealership only to be ignored several times with my concerns. I'm going to keep bringing it back and possibly file a lemon law claim. The 2 heavy latina receptionist for service are also very dismissive and should be working at a prison instead of in the "customer service" department. More

The worst 10 minute dealer experience. Came in looking to purchase a used car that has been sitting on their lot for a good month and a half.. Last visit, manager offers us a price a bit ou Came in looking to purchase a used car that has been sitting on their lot for a good month and a half.. Last visit, manager offers us a price a bit out of our budget with tax & licensing. Then today's visit, we noticed that the car's price has dropped about $1000, and decided to come in looking to take the car home. Unbelievably, they offer us close to $2000 more than what the manager has priced us at from our last visit. All i can say is that they are playing games, and by far the worst dealer experience ever. We felt disrespected. I wouldn't recommend this dealer. More

The worst ..Rude and sarcastic employees This dealership was convenient to where I worked , so went there to purchase a car .. Unbelievably horrible experience . It was impossible to get them to answer any questions about the car and its features . They lied about the Bluebook value among other things ( they showed me a sheet They had made up that looked like a Bluebook print out ) As to customer service , it was missing . They acted as if they were doing me a big favor selling me a car and talked to me like I was an idiot ( yes I'll admit to being dumb for not leaving immediately ) they would not let up on trying to get me to buy add ons , and did not even say thank you or congratulations for buying a car . AVOID this place ! More
