My oil change light was not reset. What else did they forget to do - was the fluid level checked and topped off - were all the lights checked - were the tires really rotated. Entire service department staff that I talked with (Mario at the end and one other at the beginning) demonstrated detailed knowledge about my vehicle, were very polite and professional.
