I picked up my third car leased from Honda of Princeton and the reason I keep coming back is Kevin Hollahan and Gary Kafitin. We purchased our 99 CRV from a family friend, who just happened to have the vehicle serviced from their time of purchase, only at Honda of Princeton. We decided to continue to keep having our CRV service happened to have the vehicle serviced from their time of purchase, only at Honda of Princeton. We decided to continue to keep having our CRV serviced here. The service is quick, fair priced, and they are very honest about the work the vehicle needs or doesnt need. The entire staff of the service & parts department are very friendly and helpful. Even with my 2 toddlers in tow, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable while waiting for the service to be done on our CRV. Barbara came up to the waiting room about every 15 mins or so and gave us an update on the vehicle's progress. She even brought up paper and highlighters for my 3 year old to color with while we waited. The other customers waiting were kind enough to allow my kids to watch cartoons while we were upstairs waiting. The dealership has a wonderful family friendly atmosphere and it is the only Honda dealership I will ever go to, even though there is one much closer to my house. More

We leased a 2011 CRV last week from Honda of Princeton. This is the fourth vehicle we leased for my wife through this dealership. I purchsed a new Accord from them last year. Rich is extremely professional and personable. He pays great attention to detail and to follow up. My wife and I both felt he is a joy to work with. I have absolutely no reservations referring him to family and friends. In less than a week, Rich has called a number of times to check on our satisfaction. Evan Perreault is the finance manger we worked with on this lease. He had been our sales person on our leases and purchases prior to this one. We love working with Evan and have recommeded him also. Honda of Princeton is the best auto dealership I have worked with. I would rate all aspects of this organization as extrordinary. The level of customer service is world-class. I traveled from Bucks County, PA to Princeton because I was interested in the new Pilot and this dealership was recommended by a friend who previously bought there. I drove from North Jersey to purchase two cars and trade in two cars. The salesman (Chris Wells) was outstanding. We ended up purchasing a Honda Odyssey and leasing a Honda Civic. Too many car dealerships are just out for your money and it is refreshing to find one that really takes an interest in their customer and goes above and beyond to accomodate you.
