This is all around the best dealership I have been to. . I bought my last car there and drive over 30 miles to have it serviced there. I have never taken my car to a dealership for service because they typically charge 20+ more an hour than the local shops. I had a MAJOR engine issue which I figured required the expertise of people who because they typically charge 20+ more an hour than the local shops. I had a MAJOR engine issue which I figured required the expertise of people who work on Honda's issues all the time. My first experience has honestly been amazing and it's ALL because of my service representative Dan Doherty. He went above and beyond to help me in every way. My warranty company was horrible and one that they had never worked with. Dan was thorough and made sure to get me as much money as possible from them. He diligently dealt with this company and communicated with me EVERY DAY about what was going on, next steps etc. Honestly because of Dan I am rethinking that little extra you pay at the dealer, having him was well worth that extra charge and I am grateful for him.
