Brandon was the one that answered the call, I let him know my situation & desires on my next vehicle. He was patient, listened and transparent. Upon meeting Brandon his vibe in person was the same as over the phone. Kind & patient. But the service didn’t stop there although Diego was not my sales rep he kindly showed/walked me the model I wanted to see while Brandon finished something up. I am a service oriented person and by displaying courteous behavior from both gentlemen needless to say I drove off with a new car. I loved the team effort, the manage was honest showed true effort in wanting to assist me. Ultimately that’s all we can ask for. Respect & courtesy. Diego is not one of those pushy sales persons you want to sell you the most expensive vehicle in the shortest period of time. When I first met Diego all I knew was that I either wanted an all electric vehicle of a hybrid vehicle. Diego went over the differences between an electric vehicle and a hybrid vehicle which helped me decide on a hybrid vehicle. Next he showed me the different hybrid vehicles available not just what Honda had but also what was available from the competition. This helped me decide that buying the Honda Clarity Touring Hybrid was the vehicle the best ft my needs. I was so impressed with Diego, I listed my name to lease the Honda Clarity fuel cell. Diego was so great that he not only sold me one car but two. I am looking forward for the next time I get to work with Diego when I lease my Honda Clarity fuel cell.
