After many years of having my CRV serviced by Foothill, the most recent yearly service included a thorough check of the air conditioning that totaled over $200. When the air conditioning stopped working shortly after in late July during a heat wave, I was told that the next appointment would be in more than a week. There was no option for me to bring it in earlier. Having been a customer for so many years and because they had just serviced the air, this strikes me as very poor customer relations. I'll be saying goodbye to Honda of Pasadena. More
