My father wanted to see the options in trading his vehicle and leasing a new vehicle. We were introduced with Mr. Kenny La that took our case. Initially, we were offered a deal that my father could no vehicle and leasing a new vehicle. We were introduced with Mr. Kenny La that took our case. Initially, we were offered a deal that my father could not afford. During the discussion, Mr. Kenny was being rude and unprofessional. He stated "common you really not going to take this deal because of few dollars? what is wrong with you?" nonetheless, my father got a deal that he could afford. we waited approximately 3 hours in completion of this process. My father wanted to take the car to drive test which went well. After the test, we were confronted by Mr. Kenny in a very unprofessional and rude manner once again stating the deal is no longer valid because of the mileage. I asked for a supervisor so I could understand the situation better, but was ignored by Mr. Kenny. My father has been a customer of Hondah for the past 13 years and has bought 3 Honda vehicles from the Pasadena center and have never been in such a unprofessional encounter. More
We were trying to buy a car from this dealership but they did not seem interested. We were referred there by Costco. They reached out in a timely manner. I had informed the sales rep Brandon of an available did not seem interested. We were referred there by Costco. They reached out in a timely manner. I had informed the sales rep Brandon of an available time and he asked if I could come in another day because he was off. I came in on that agreed upon day and he was not even in. His manager Mike had also confirmed by text that I had an appt with Brandon. Someone else ended up helping us who was nice but did not seem to know anything about the car we were interested in. I emailed a couple of weeks later and no one responded. I reached out by text to the manager and while he was responsive, had Brandon follow up with me. I informed them that I was ready to purchase a car that evening and he said that he and Mike the manager were off that day and asked if I could come in the next day. Needless to say we found another dealership that was able to sell us a car that evening without any run arounds. More

I noticed only a limited number of technicians , which could have contributed to my disappointment .today. I was being asked to leave my car over the weekend without any rental option or upfront information during the appointment scheduling process.with Amber, who sounded to be quite self-important and was visibly annoyed when I inquired about the estimated arrival time for the required part . Ultimately, I believe the management bears responsibility for the unsatisfactory experience." More
I have to let people know that I enjoy going to this dealership. As long as my service advisor Josh is working. He has proven to be very efficient. Also honest, and truthful. I went by earlier this week and I didn’t know what was wrong with my car. I thought it was something very serious, which most dealerships or even mechanics would have said it was something serious and he was honest and told me it was something simple. He took care of it, and I was on my way. Let’s hope they keep more service advisor like Josh around. More
Mr. Vince Tran (service) told me that they needed to keep the car for about 3 days to trouble shoot a short that was causing the airbag indicator light to be on. I told him that I needed the car and that I w the car for about 3 days to trouble shoot a short that was causing the airbag indicator light to be on. I told him that I needed the car and that I will bring it back in on Wednesday. He brought my car out me and I left. When I got back into my car later it was dead. After looking a my fuses I found one missing. I took a fuse from the extra bay and plugged it into the empty slot and the car started up and even the airbag light went out. It was the ignition fuse. In order for them to start the car the fuse (ignition) needed to be in. My question is how could they pull the fuse after they started it. Malicious!!! This isn’t the only person that I have had problems with. The service manager is absolutely no help with a customer with a problem. More

Been a satisfied customer since 2016, Service is Top notched. Been at the location recently to have my 2004 civic repaired, despite being close to another honda location, i have always been loyal to the notched. Big Shout-out to Mike Tran (Manager) for accommodating my request service without any hesitation and also to Karen (Advisor) who went above and beyond to give me regular updates on my vehicle.
