Salesperson Tony Yi is respectful, not at all pushy, and really tries to find the best vehicle for his customers. I am a very picky buyer and do not venture out to look for a new vehicle lightly. I can honestly say, after buying two new vehicles in the last 60 days from Frank Ancona Honda, these were the least painful vehicle buying experiences we've ever had. Mr. Yi and the team shot us very fair prices, were willing to negotiate (within reason) and, ultimately, gave us not one, but two great deals. In my many experiences buying cars this was by far the best. The people at Frank Ancona Honda were fantastic. Thank you for a great deal a fair price and outstanding customer service! This dealer went out of their way to make sure the car was the way I wanted it to be and right for me, I have never had any dealer customer service! This dealer went out of their way to make sure the car was the way I wanted it to be and right for me, I have never had any dealer do this for me and I will return. Highly recommend them to any one looking for a Honda or used car . Jason Heard was very pleasant ,understood my needs and made the process very simple , straight forward , No games , no pressure just the facts. My car was ready and every thing I requested be done was as promised ..!!!! wow I am still in shock like ok were the catch ..well no catch just a great and a very happy customer .. Mr Ancona , I will be back in the future for my next Honda and will Highly recommend any one in the market to see your dealership first ...Thank you for not being a what I call a stealership perhaps others can learn from you. One normally doesn't associate 'enjoyable' with a trip to a car dealership, however, Ancona Honda proved anything but a 'typical' dealership. As oxymoronic as it may seem, my wife, myself and toddler (yes, a car dealership, however, Ancona Honda proved anything but a 'typical' dealership. As oxymoronic as it may seem, my wife, myself and toddler (yes, toddler) enjoyed being treated with dignity, friendliness and respect from every single member of their staff, even those sales people that were not working with us. From the point of entrance, to the test drive, to the 'negotiation', to the business/finance office we were left more than impressed. Dave Jewell was a WONDERFUL salesperson, answering all of my wife's questions and even entertaining a 2.5 year old. Similarly, Jason Heard (G.M) was FABULOUS to work with. Friendly, efficient and willing to 'go the extra mile', we'll DEFINITELY be returning to Frank Ancona Honda, and ONLY Frank Ancona when we need to purchase another vehicle! More

Very easy to work with. Not as much hassle as I had originally feared, as Deborah took really good care of me and I felt like I could really trust her to help me. Financing people, Derrick & Shelly, were also very nice and did not pressure me at all, which I really liked. Thank you for helping to make it a smooth purchase. Since I had not bought a new vehicle since my trade-in, 10 years, and I was working with a dealership I had never dealt with before (in the past I was GM loyal but since Pontiac has been discontinued...), I was not sure what to expect. Once again, Deborah eased my concerns and I felt comfortable with the process throughout. So far, after a day and a half, I am enjoying my new Honda. More
