Tony helped find the exact model we were looking for over the phone and quoted us a price over the phone as well on the new car and our trades. Even before my husband walked into the showroom, Tony had alrea the phone and quoted us a price over the phone as well on the new car and our trades. Even before my husband walked into the showroom, Tony had already waived the destination+handling charge of $830 and gave us another $500 off. Then, the business manager Shelley, gave us another $1,000 off the 100,000 mile warranty extension that covers parts+labor and is nationwide. This was the best sales experience we have ever had. It took less than 8 hours total over 2 days to buy. Our total savings were over $2,000 on a brand new CR-V that MSRPs at $24,595. We got it below invoice and that included the warranty extension. Our decision came down to the Ford Escape, Chevy Equinox and the Honda CR-V, and it was the dealer that made the difference. Thank you frank Ancona. More

The entire staff is friendly and you are greated with a friendly smile as soon as you walk in the door or on the lot. We have recommended several friends and family members, who have either bought or leased their vehicle through Ancona and are now "honda lovers". I would not go anywhere else to purchase my vehicle! Salesperson Tony Yi is respectful, not at all pushy, and really tries to find the best vehicle for his customers. I am a very picky buyer and do not venture out to look for a new vehicle lightly. Thank you for a great deal a fair price and outstanding customer service! This dealer went out of their way to make sure the car was the way I wanted it to be and right for me, I have never had any dealer customer service! This dealer went out of their way to make sure the car was the way I wanted it to be and right for me, I have never had any dealer do this for me and I will return. Highly recommend them to any one looking for a Honda or used car . Jason Heard was very pleasant ,understood my needs and made the process very simple , straight forward , No games , no pressure just the facts. My car was ready and every thing I requested be done was as promised ..!!!! wow I am still in shock like ok were the catch ..well no catch just a great and a very happy customer .. One normally doesn't associate 'enjoyable' with a trip to a car dealership, however, Ancona Honda proved anything but a 'typical' dealership. As oxymoronic as it may seem, my wife, myself and toddler (yes, a car dealership, however, Ancona Honda proved anything but a 'typical' dealership. As oxymoronic as it may seem, my wife, myself and toddler (yes, toddler) enjoyed being treated with dignity, friendliness and respect from every single member of their staff, even those sales people that were not working with us. From the point of entrance, to the test drive, to the 'negotiation', to the business/finance office we were left more than impressed. Dave Jewell was a WONDERFUL salesperson, answering all of my wife's questions and even entertaining a 2.5 year old. Similarly, Jason Heard (G.M) was FABULOUS to work with. Friendly, efficient and willing to 'go the extra mile', we'll DEFINITELY be returning to Frank Ancona Honda, and ONLY Frank Ancona when we need to purchase another vehicle! More
