The sales team worked to help us evaluate the car we were considering starting from the point of our submitting an online request for pricing. The sales team let us perform a short test drive late in their day on a Friday afternoon, jeopardizing their 6PM closure time and yet did not make us feel rushed as we took the vehicle out for a short drive. They further supported our desire to get a lengthier evaluation of the vehicle by accommodating our interest in having an extended, overnight test drive to allow us more miles and time at the wheel with the majority of the features we wanted with the car. Once we firmed our exterior and interior color preferences, the dealership worked to acquire a vehicle exactly matching our requested configuration and communicated clearly when it would be available to allow us to stop in and review the car's appearance to enhance our previous evaluation of the features. Upon our decision to proceed with an offer, the sales team was responsive in the negotiation process and as we completed the delivery of the vehicle, they accommodated our need for timely execution of the delivery activities and flexibility in pickup of the vehicle.
