The selection of vehicles is great. They are under new construction so there is a bit of dust, but that is only temporary and will provide room for even more vehicles. Jason was very easy to work with, and when we went in to make our payment it was already after 6pm on a friday. They were happy to stay late and work with us to fill out all the paperwork. The only problem we had was lack of communication with Mr. Blazer. It would have been good to know that they were only open until 6pm on Friday, because we live 90 miles away. Now we will have to make arrangements to go back in, get an extra key and pick up the paint they promised us. Kind of frustrating, but Jason was kind enough to offer to fill our tank. Then, Tony spent several minutes with me to go over the features and answer any lingering questions about the Honda Odyssey before driving off into the Kansas’s sun set. I just moved to the Kansas area in July 2012 and in need of another vehicle for my family. I researched numerous vehicles makes, models and dealership. I finally decided to buy a vehicle through USAA vehicle buying program. Within days, I got an email from Tony Yi from Frank Ancona Honda dealership. I spoke with Tony over the phone. His friendliness and sincerity made up my mind to visit the dealership, even if Tiffany Spring Honda is closer to my area. My experience was great. Tony and his team treated me with respect. They informed me of the progress of my paperwork every step of the way. Their whole team does not make me like an outcast/ ignored after I signed on the dotted line to buy the new vehicle. An area of improvement. Upon closer inspection of the vehicle, I found dark smudges inside the vehicle on top of the roof near the driver‘s side window.
