I was really apprehensive about purchasing a new car because I tend to dread the process, but the gentlemen I worked with at Frank Ancona made it painless and fun! I previously have brought my car to the dealership for routine maintenance and was always satisfied, but had not had much contact with the sales staff. I knew I wanted an Accord, and initially contacted the dealership via email. They were prompt in getting back with me, and flexible in my requests. A couple days later, I visited the dealership, met with Greg, and went for a test drive. I knew what I wanted and was ready to make the purchase, and Greg was really knowledgable and friendly. He showed me the new features on the Accord, and we discussed financing. He never tried to talk me into anything I wasn't sure about, and gave me time to think about how I wanted everything to work. They appraised my used car, and were ok with me not actually trading it in. After the initial meeting, we just had to wait on the specific car I wanted to come in, and then the dealership took care of tinting and everything and contacted me when it was done. I was able to pick up my new car within a week's time, and everything was perfect. When I went in to complete the purchase and get the car, they discussed the extended warranty with me, but didn't bully me into buying anything I didn't want. All of the other staff I interacted with was really friendly and helpful. I felt very taken care of, and have no complaints! More
