This is definitely a dealership that is trying to earn repeat customers. I went in looking for a low mileage car with a specific set of options at an impossibly low price. I was told the same thing four other dealers had told me, sorry nothing will be in that price range. Parker at Frank Ancona was the only salesman to show me something that was close to my "wish list". He didn't offer me the typical pushy worn out sales techniques, just a genuine intrest in finding me a car. When the time came to talk numbers I was expecting the usual back and forth, offer and counter offer game. To my surprise Patrick the sales manager gave me some honest numbers. No inflated to make me feel better trade in value, no $50 off at a time back and forth routine, honest numbers that were very close to my impossible "wish list". The level of service provided by Parker and Patrick at Frank Ancona Honda went above and beyond any other dealership I have delt with. More

The entire team that assisted us in purchasing our car was very helpful. We purchased a great, clean, reliable car at a great price! The salesman, Wes, called me after I submitted an inquiry on line and was very helpful. We purchased a great, clean, reliable car at a great price! We then chose to go see the car in person he remembered talking to me and continued to be helpful but not pushy in anyway. He allowed us time to look at as many cars as we wanted and took us on a test drive of the car we ended up purchasing. When working with Patrick, we appreciated that he was honest and straight forward with us and made us feel that our sale was important to him, even though our price point was lower than a lot of cars on the lot. Both these men were very kind and I would for sure recommend them both personally to any friends or family looking to buy a car. Then we were introduced to Shelly. I had been pre-approved through my bank and fully expected to use them as our lender. Wes suggested we give them the opportunity to beat the rate, so we agreed and I am so thankful we did. Shelly was able to get me a loan from a bank I recognize and trust at a percentage rate half of what I was offered at my own bank. She was our little magic worker and I so much appreciate her working late and early to make sure we were taken care of. She knew right away, after looking at my credit report, that I could get a much lower rate and she was so very right. Frank Ancona Honda will for sure be the first place we stop next time we are looking to buy a new or used car. More

He was very knowledgeable of the entire new car inventory of the store and was very instrumental in the type of vehicle we finally decided to purchase. After some very poor experiences at other dealerships, we were very surprised at how easy and fast the deal was made. Without your staff being as professional as they have been, i would have gone in another direction. That is not only the Sales Staff but, the service department and the Manager Mr. Shawn Wakeman. Shawn has bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of and on my way for all these years. Shawn knew as a salesman, I needed to get my service work done and back on the road. Shawn's service technicians we're also very accomodating. They all treat me as part of their Frank Ancona family. Up until I purchased my first Honda, I drove Chevrolet mini Vans, Pontiac mini vans and other makes for all those years as a traveling sales person. I can honestly say the servcie department of Frank Ancona Honda, even though i paid a more for their service, I have never regreated changing my view of using your servcie department, for my servcie work.
