I have purchased numerous vehicles before and have always had a negative experience while purchasing or leasing a new vehicle, such as the other dealerships are doing me a favor by me buying a vehilce from them. I read the reviews online about the Honda dealerships in the Kansas City area and the possitive reviews of Frank Ancona Honda were reinforced when I arrived at the dealership, met with Bridget & Jason Heard and then with the finance member. It was the best and calmest dealership experience I have ever had and would easily recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great car and great people to work with. I gave them my budget that I could handle and they did the rest to make sure that I had the car I wanted and the monthly payment that I could handle. More

I absolutely would buy a car here again. Courteous, respectful, non argumentative, not pushy or condescending. Just plain nice. Our Sales person was Max, our Finance person in the Business Office was S respectful, non argumentative, not pushy or condescending. Just plain nice. When I first called the dealership I spoke with a sales person named Akasha Pierce who was very friendly. I asked her if the price on the 2006 Honda Ridgeline I was calling about was their bottom dollar. person named Akasha Pierce who was very friendly. I asked her if the price on the 2006 Honda Ridgeline I was calling about was their bottom dollar. She said she would need to check and call me back. She called a few minutes later and said the price had been dropped recently and that it could not be dropped any further. I thanked her and a few days later came out to test drive the truck. Akasha wasn't there, but another very friendly sales person named Wes Larson and I drove it together. I was impressed with the condition of the truck inside and out and also with the maintenance the previous owner gave the truck. Wes told me that the price was being reduced a bit further. I considered it a great deal. Wes introduced me to his boss Patrick Mulvihill who I enjoyed dealing with as much as I did Akasha and Wes. After I purchased the truck I noticed a broken spring in the backseat that prevented the seat's base from folding down which was a potential safety hazard. I brought this to the attention of Wes and he and the other sales people were quick to have the necessary repair made. The sales staff, maintenance personnel and secretarial staff were all friendly. I had a great experience buying my truck from this dealership and would highly recommend anyone I know to them. Thanks to everyone involved and being this close to Christmas - Merry CHISTmas!!! More
I was very pleased with the professionalism and patience of my salesman, Greg Easley, as I pondered the purchase of a new vehicle. Though I had done a great deal of research, I did have questions. Greg was very kind and responded to my inquiries with understanding and grace. Up to this point, I have only purchased pre-owned vehicles. I deliberated for quite some time in the dealership. I was never rushed or felt any type of pressure to make a decision. I was simply told over and over again, "Take your time." The Sales Manager, Tony, was equally professional and understanding. I was waiting for the "hard close," and it never came. I was only asked thought provoking questions. Questions of my own were answered with a courteous knowledge. There seemed to be a "seasoned response" to this sales team. Typically, I have experienced dealers applying a "sense of urgency" at the point of sale. I have exited many dealership when this tactic is applied. At Frank Ancona Honda, I felt there was a respect provided from the moment I entered the dealership. I have been back since and have experienced same. Oftentimes dealers will ignore the prospect once the "deal is done." I have not experienced such here. There is a professional relationship that moves beyond courtesy. The service department has been terrific and Kurt has formed a professional relationship as well. I could not be more pleased with our purchase and plan on doing so once again in the future. More
