Frank Ancona sells Unsafe and Unsanitary Used Cars Traded for a 2007 Lincoln MKX. Dog feces, urine, dander, was concealed. They also on the car report check list stated the air filter was "OK". Spent time in the hospital twice because the car was unsafe. They committed fraud (they say it was an honest mistake) that the cabin filter was not documented correctly. I had to replace it after becoming ill spending time in the vehicle. To make matters worse, when I was told to be there to pick up the car, they said it would be ready. It was not, though they swore the car was detailed and cleaned. I took photos of the dog urine, feces, and air filter and provided the proof to management. The sales manger "Patrick" was condescending, rude, and helped facilitate the fraud. These are not bad people, but horrible people, including Michael Ancona. They acknowledged they were wrong, but did little to fix situation. More

We purchased the truck during the same visit with the assistance of Max's manager Patric Mulvihill, we had a seamless experience that my wife and I both enjoyed. Besides the pleasant assistance from Max and Patric, the overall process was enjoyable. We did not have the normal issues you find on other lots with sales pressure that totally ruins your time when buying a vehicle. When we came to look at the car she had it all ready to go. Explained features before the test drive. Answered all our questions and had a deal. The finance portion was really quick as well. Exceptional Service I went to Frank Ancona just to look at cars. I was in the market to purchase my first new car. I had been to several other local dealers and was far f I went to Frank Ancona just to look at cars. I was in the market to purchase my first new car. I had been to several other local dealers and was far from impressed with the service. When I went to Ancona I was immediately greeted with several smiling faces and warm welcomes. As I approached a car Eric asked if there was anything that he could help me with. I told him that I was in the market for a new car and that I was interested in looking at a Honda Civic. He promptly came out with keys and asked me if I would like to take a test drive. We took a test drive, Eric could not have been more helpful. He showed us all the specs of the car in a respectful manner. At other dealerships I had been talked to like I was incompetent because I was 18 and a woman. I commend Eric for his manner in which he dealt with my mother and I. I was blown away by the service and the quality of the car. I knew that not only was that the car for me but I too had found my dealership and salesman. I told Eric that I was not in a position to buy a vehicle that day but would be back to purchase a car from him soon. Within a few days I received a phone call thanking me for coming in and that they hoped to see me soon. A few weeks had passed and I was in the position to purchase my vehicle. I went to the local Toyota dealership to see what they would offer me for my vehicle. There is received less than good service. I wasn't taken serious. I was an annoyance to them. After leaving there I went to see Eric. He got me a quote for my car and within an hour I was driving off the lot with a brand new car. He made my first car buying experience fun! He went over every detail very thoroughly and ensured I understood and was happy with the stipulations. We went and looked at all the Honda's on the lot to make sure I got the one that I wanted. Now came time to do the finances. Shelly made the financing a seamless and simple process. She had all the paperwork ready for me when I met with her. She went through and gave me several options to allow me to choose what would fit my lifestyle the best. Once I had decided what I wanted she went through in detail and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. She didn't leave out any detail. She wanted me to be happy and know everything. Overall, I couldn't have been any happier with my first purchase. I will be a life long customer of Frank Ancona.
