Denny is a veteran car salesman and knows how to treat people. No pressure and easy to work with. When we moved to the "dealing", I was again surprised: no BS! Tony was great working with us on Friday, and Patrick was also great when we came back on Saturday to finish the deal. The numbers were fair and they treated us with respect. Once the deal was made, Brad in finance made the "hard part" a breeze. We will recommend Frank Ancona Honda to everyone we know. More
Best Honda dealership ever! This was our 3rd Honda from Frank Ancona Honda. We purchased a Honda Fit for our daughter, she is soooo happy with her new car. The salesman, Eric Kuligowski was very professional took his time to describe everything to us. This was my daughter's first purchase. Eric was patient and answered every question we asked. I wouldn't go back "Buyer beware" The dealership offers a lifetime power train warranty on vehicles with less than 100k miles which is a great and partly what attract "Buyer beware" The dealership offers a lifetime power train warranty on vehicles with less than 100k miles which is a great and partly what attracted us to this dealership. The deductible is supposed to be incremental from 0-6 months($0),6 to 60 months($100) and after 60 months($300), the person who wrote up our deal supposedly wasn't aware of this and attempted to stick us with maximum amount right off the bat; he tried to tell us that the 60 months was from the time the car was manufactured. We ended up getting it straightened out but if I hadn't caught it that's what it would have been. My wife and I both have impeccable credit ratings and I was told that because of that we would be offered the best interest rate. Being that this is supposedly a reputable dealership I assumed that is what would happen but once I got my paperwork from the bank that they chose to use, that was not the case at all, it was considerably higher than what was available. When I contacted the finance department to try to inquire about it I was continually directed to voicemails and never received a return call. We ended up having to refinance elsewhere to get a decent rate. To top it off they made an error on the title. If you do business here watch your back because they won't. Everything ended up getting resolved but it was by far the worst experience I've had buying a car. More

First new car purchase! I live over an hour away from the dealership. I made a call the day before to check on a new car I saw online. I exchanged text messages with the sale I live over an hour away from the dealership. I made a call the day before to check on a new car I saw online. I exchanged text messages with the salesman and had most of the work done before I even arrived at the dealership the next. Once I got there it was fast and friendly. I was in and out in a few short hours. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!!! Thank you so much, very happy with my new car! =] More
Beware of the Service Department Beware of their terrible service department!!! I have now witnessed their incompetence twice. First time, several years ago my wife's Honda Accord ha Beware of their terrible service department!!! I have now witnessed their incompetence twice. First time, several years ago my wife's Honda Accord had a check engine light go on. After hooking up the car to their "computer" they told her it was a bad CPU, the fix would be north of $1,000. My friend who happens to be a mechanic plugged in his Snap-On code reader to the car and his (correct I might add) diagnosis was a bad thermostat ($19.00 part). It seems that on new cars the error code is a bad CPU, in older cars it is somethings else. The Ancona part swappers should have know it! The second time I saw how incompetent and unhelpful they are was three weeks ago. My wife's 2014 Honda Odyssey Homelink garage door opener failed. She called to set up a warranty appointment to get it fixed. Ancona refused to see her, They told her she should call Honda Corporate... What??? If you want fast and friendly help go to Jay Wolfe Honda, they fixed the Homelink without question. They even had the part shipped overnight. Thank you Jay Wolfe Honda!!! I will not do ANY business with Frank Ancona Honda again. More

Super Service We had to order the car that we wanted. It was delivered to us in a timely manner. After receiving the car, Greg went over all aspects of the car, helped set up automatic lights, automatic locks, Bluetooth, radio, etc. He was very good at explaining how items on the car worked and had us practice different aspects of the hi-tech car. I feel that I can call Greg at any time with any question. We know we will have good service at Frank Ancona because the service department is excellent. More

He didn't seem to want to try to help me or anything, he asked my situation and after telling him, he told me I would need more money down, but didn't bother to ask if I can provide more money down he simply just told me " We can't help you, you don't have enough money down " which was bad on his end because he missed out on a deal... I now have a 2015 Honda Civic Coupe!! Had to go somewhere else. More
