My 5 Star rating is also earned by their treatment of my sons who live in the area and were driving the cars and talking with salespeople on my behalf. Brian knew my sons were sincere and provided them with an excellent buying experience. That was not the same reception they received at other dealerships. Brian kept me updated and even sent me a video of my CRV when it arrived at the dealership. Alex Cudney, finance manager, made the two-state purchase possible. I wired funds, they overnighted paperwork, and were understanding and flexible when an epic Colorado cyclone snow storm interfered. Service is bad I been going to this Honda dealer for a while and I would say about 1 year ago I noticed they kept telling me I need to have high cost items fixed. They kept adding on repair cost to the point I sold the car and bought another brand, I believe some of the repairs were necessary but not all of them and the cost was way above private own repair places.
