We've used this dealership in the past for service on our previous Honda Pilot. Service Dept. is top-notch. Customer waiting area is amazing, comfortable with snacks and drinks. No pressure, no admin fees, service fees, no commissions, no talking to a finance guy or warranty guy, no back and forth with the manager. When we picked up the car, our product specialist Jeff Schoenberger spent a lot of time going over the car's features, explaining the paperwork, and even programming some of the settings.
